في إطار أحدث البروتوكولات التي قام بإتمامها رئيس المهرجان الفنان حسين فهمي، ومدير المهرجان المخرج أمير رمسيس.. يسافر الأخير للمشاركة في برنامج عروض مبرمجي المهرجانات الدولية بمؤسسة Unifrance بباريس وذلك للمرة الأولى، و سيشاهد "رمسيس" من خلال هذه العروض عددا من أهم الأفلام الفرنسية المنتظر أن تشارك في مهرجانات الموسم القادم الكبرى واختيار أفضلها للعرض في المهرجان.
